Merry Christmas Eve and Happy Holidays to all!
I hope everyone is having a low-stress holiday season so far, and I also hope you’ve all been able to enjoy some delicious holiday treats. Just in case you’ve got a lot going on though, I thought I’d pop in today and offer up a few at-home or low equipment workouts that you can do in between wrapping, baking, and shopping. (Please tell me you’ve already started your shopping and are just working on some last minute details?)
Anyway, these are all workouts that you can do at home or on the road, wherever your travels may take you this week. You can add equipment to make them a little bit harder, or do them with just body weight to make them a little bit easier. The treadmill workout can be brought to the great outdoors, as long as you can find yourself a good hill you’ll be all set! Especially if you’re in the Northeast and are having a tropical Christmas with 70 degree temps today.

Today Will and I are off to celebrate with his family in Connecticut, and then later on tonight we’ll be driving up to Maine to see my family for a few days. Today will be a whirlwind of a few different families/celebrations, but it’s one of my favorite days of the year! We’ll be exhausted by the time we reach Maine late tonight, but the time with family and friends makes it all worth it.
